IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM LORETTA

ABOUT LAZY HARRY’S 15TH ANNUAL RIVER FLOAT

The $25.00 cost includes special float tank tops ONLY! You cannot change your tank top size when you pick it up. See the shirt styles below. Also, there will be a live band and food waiting for you after the float. Your waiver must be completed entirely, front and back. Put your size of the tank top you want on the waiver and, if you’re female, advise if you want spaghetti or wide strap. Of course, the men's is pretty easy, just indicate your size. All waivers must be turned in to Lazy Harry’s by August 15th (NO EXCEPTIONS). We also have a fax line if you want to fax your waiver and send your check by mail - (928) 758-9339. PARTICIPANT INSTRUCTIONS

You are to be at the Bullhead City Chamber of Commerce on Highway 95 by 11 AM!

We have a lot of people to tie up and the floats leave promptly at 12:30 PM!

NO PARTICIPANT IS TO START SHOVING OFF TO FLOAT UNTIL SO INSTRUCTED!

1. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 IS ALLOWED ON THIS FLOAT!!!

2. You are responsible for your floating tie-ups to other floats (rope, etc.) We DO NOT inflate or purchase any floats.
THIS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INDIVIDUAL PERSON.

3. You need to bring certified life jackets.
REMEMBER: the river does have strong currents and whirlpools!

4. Please DO NOT untie your floats. We have a lot of people to take care of so please stay with your original group.

5. Bring plenty of WATER, SUNSCREEN, and MUNCHIES.

6. There will be boats and Sea-Doos along the float to guide us down the river.

7. It is mandatory to wear your wristband. To acquire the wristband, you MUST turn in your check AND signed Waiver of Responsibility to Lazy Harry’s no later than August 15th, or you cannot participate. ONLY 100 ENTRIES ALLOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS!
